I’m Cath, a Product designer and UX/UI consultant with over 15 years experience in financial services and e-commerce.
My process is grounded in research and user-centered design principles, encompassing behavior mapping, ideation, prototyping, and iterative testing to validate user flows and ensure delightful experiences. I thrive on solving complex problems and excel at balancing user needs with business goals. I'm driven by the transformative power of design and technology and find immense satisfaction in inspiring others with my enthusiasm for creating products that drive positive change.
In my next role, I want to contribute to design strategy at a higher level, leveraging both user research and data analytics to inform and validate design decisions, ultimately shaping product direction and driving meaningful impact for users and the business.

My interests
As a video game enthusiast I have a YouTube channel where I share content I've edited using After Effects and Adobe Premier. I also design websites for independent game developers, and contribute to an online video game community. Next year, I plan to co-host and edit a monthly podcast based on a year-long challenge of playing games I already own, without buying any new titles.
I’m a very active person and enjoy the great outdoors. I relish participating in competitive sports including running, cycling and sailing. I’ve taken part in many annual events including the London to Brighton bike ride, the Vitality Big Half, the Virgin Sports London 10km race and the Thames Regatta.
My other interests include photography, cinema, travel, mountain biking, tech and gadgets.
